By downloading, installing, or using Liora SDA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Purpose of the app
Liora SDA is created as an offline-first Bible study, Sabbath School lesson, hymnal, and worship resource app for Cebuano-speaking users and other users who want access to SDA-related study materials.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use Liora SDA for lawful, respectful, educational, devotional, and personal study purposes. You must not misuse the app, attempt to damage it, reverse engineer protected components, or use it in a way that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
3. Content availability
Some content may be bundled with the app, while other lessons or updates may need to be fetched online. We do not guarantee that all lesson packages, audio files, or updates will always be available at all times.
4. Offline use
Liora SDA is designed to support offline access after content has been installed or downloaded. Some features, such as fetching new lessons, require internet access.
5. No account required
The app currently does not require a user account or login. If future versions add account-based features, updated terms and privacy information may be provided.
6. Intellectual property
The app design, layout, code, branding, and original app materials belong to Syntrix PH or their respective owners. Bible, hymnal, lesson, and other religious materials remain subject to their own rights, licenses, permissions, or source terms.
7. Disclaimer
Liora SDA is provided as a devotional and educational tool. While we aim to provide accurate and useful resources, the app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or completeness of all content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Syntrix PH and the Liora SDA team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use or inability to use the app.
9. Updates and changes
We may update the app, change features, improve content handling, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
